Why we love it
We were drawn to this 1926 building for its architecture, its history, and its location at the heart of San Antonio's Beacon Hill. Surrounded by neighborhood institutions like Chris Madrid's and Blanco Café, it offered character you just can't build today. With the seller vacating their office space, we saw a chance to transform a sleepy office property
into a lively "third place" for the community. Working with the hospitality group behind Better Half, Holdout Brewing, and The Brew & Brew, we're adding a pizza restaurant — a missing piece in the area's food scene — to complement the existing wine bar and create a hub for Beacon Hill's ongoing renaissance.
