Why we love it

We acquired this retail center on Wimberley's north side because it offers something the town desperately needs: space for locals to gather away from the crowded Town Square. Strategically positioned to serve the many residents who live north of the congested downtown area and along the corridor to Austin and Dripping Springs, the location captures daily traffic flow while avoiding tourist bottlenecks. With limited retail vacancy in Wimberley, we knew the property had immediate

leasing potential and room to grow. Our vision is to gradually turn the center into a go-to spot for year-round residents by adding complementary food and beverage options alongside established anchors like Anytime Fitness, WashDay, and Kelly's BBQ. This purchase lets us build a more balanced, community-driven retail experience in one of the Hill Country's fastest-growing towns.
